All our food is prepared and cooked on the premises by a team of highly skilled and experienced chefs. Whenever possible we use local suppliers to ensure fresh daily deliveries and to give support to the Lancashire food economy. Meat supplies are from C & G butchers just north of Blackburn and fish is delivered daily from fresh catches landed at Fleetwood.

We have a constantly changing specials menu although firm favourites such as the hog feast sandwich with crispy bacon, pork belly and black pudding or the braised shin of beef with mustard mash are always available.

Vegertarian diets are catered for and we are happy to try and accommodate special dietary needs upon request.
